Link Up to Meet Up

I don't know about you, but I know that the biggest thing about blogging is networking, connecting, and meeting other bloggers. It is all about connecting with other ladies, perhaps in the same walk of life as you, or perhaps in another country. That is one of the many beauties of blogging, distance means nothing to relationships in this community. I love it when I come across a blog that I can read and say, "I do that too!" or "I totally agree!" You know, a blog that I really click with.

I know many times age, hometown, or occupation has no baring on how well I can relate to someone's blog, however I find myself connecting especially well with ladies who are in a similar place in life as I am. I can tell you right now I have learned many things that I did not even know were important from some awesome mommy bloggers, & I have heard questions that married bloggers pose that have left me stumped. I love those blogs & bloggers! But I thought it would be awesome if bloggers who weren't married or didn't have kids all got together & connected with each other.

I just so happen to be a non-mommy and an unmarried blogger. Yay for me! (snicker, snicker) I would love for all the bloggers in one or both of these categories to all get in the same place at the same time & get to know each other. That would be super fun, right? I think we will have a lot more in common than we even realize! We may not know the best tips for breast feeding, but we got lots to talk about & lots to learn from each other.

So... starting next Thursday, November 1st, I will be kick starting a link up to make all of this possible. The link up is called "Not Quite There Yet". We will be linking up every Thursday with a different social media. The goal of this is for you to meet some new bloggers that you share a lot in common with, and pretty soon you will be following them via GFC, Twitter, Faceboook, Hellocotton, Bloglovin, Instagram, Pinterest... *out of breath.... Yes, you will get to know them well. :) This link up will run through the month of November, & depending on the response, we may continue on with it. I would so love for this to be a weekly thing... our "thing". So be sure to write it down, grab the button, and help me get the word out.
